Unofficial results show Scott Moore, Julie Pace and Mark Stanton are the front runners for the Paradise Valley Town Council at the Aug. 30 primary election. Mayor Michael Collins was also elected to serve a second two-year term. He was running unopposed. The race for three town council seats was sought by Scott Moore, Julie Pace, Mark Stanton and Daran Wastchak.
