Annual UMOM Walk for Homeless Families to be at Phoenix Zoo

The seventh annual UMOM Walk for Homeless Families is to be held Saturday, Sept. 26, at the Phoenix Zoo. All proceeds from the event benefit UMOM New Day Centers, the largest homeless shelter for families in Arizona, according to a press release. Registration begins at 6:30 a.m. and the walk/run will begin at 7:30 a.m. The Phoenix Zoo is at 455 N. Galvin Parkway in Phoenix.
