Each year, Valley Youth Theatre honors one individual and one corporate entity for their dedication to positively impacting the lives of young people, according to an Aug. 12 press release.

Ms. Yatkowski, named The Valley’s Most Influential Woman by Arizona Foothills Magazine, serves as CEO of Corporate Citizen, a highly specialized firm that provides nonprofits, foundations and corporations with strategies that guide organizations through fund development and corporate giving strategies.

Additionally, Ms. Yatkowski founded Haven Charitable Foundation, which has granted over $1.75 million to nonprofits focused on health initiatives, homelessness, domestic violence, at-risk youth programs, education and the arts, the release states.

Due to the consistent support of Ms. Yatkowski, Valley Youth Theatre is able to continue its mission to inspire youth to be the very best that they can be, Valley Youth Theatre officials say.

Join Valley Youth Theatre in honoring Ms. Yatkowski on Aug. 20. Tickets to the VYTal Affair can be purchased by visiting or by calling the box office at 602-253-8188.
