The Arizona Biltmore’s new luxury community is nearly complete.

Two Biltmore Estates has unveiled the final phase of its 38 home luxury collection nestled within the iconic Arizona Biltmore neighborhood.

Developed by renowned Arizona Biltmore builder Geneva Holdings, the final few homes in Two Biltmore Estates are exceeding record sales for the small community, averaging over $1.8 million each, according to a press release.

“Homes in the Arizona Biltmore maintain and build value unlike any other luxury community,” stated Keith Mishkin, a Biltmore resident and Valley real estate agent, in the release. “The combination of the location, the history and the prestige of the community simply does not compare with anywhere else.”

“Two Biltmore Estates is especially unique in that this is the first new home community in over a decade. For the first time ever home-buyers can own the location, the luxury and the prestige while enjoying a new home with every state-of-the-art convenience considered.”

Biltmore neighbors got a first look at the final phase during a special celebration held in the tony community’s newest model home. Perfectly poised for optimal views, the remaining seven homes in Two Biltmore’s final phase each afford spectacular golf course and city views, and are one of the only Valley golf course communities that offer sweeping views of all five fairways.

The community includes a private, gated enclave of just 38 residences, and within the final phase, only six coveted homes remain. The palatial floor plans offer residences primed for entertaining ranging from 3,500 square feet to more than 4,800 square feet of single-level living space, the release stated.

“For over 20 years, developing the Arizona Biltmore has been our passion,” stated Sam Robinson, founder of Geneva Holdings, in the release. “We are proud to continue our builder legacy with Two Biltmore Estates, a project that truly offers the essence of resort living on the grounds of one of the country’s most iconic properties.”

Two Biltmore Estates showcases architecture respecting the Biltmore style established in 1929 by architect Frank Lloyd Wright, whose designs harmoniously blended humanity and its environment. The unique living space will fuse indoor and outdoor areas for resort-style living that is truly Arizona.

For more than two decades Geneva Holdings has been envisioning and creating luxury residences for those who embrace a higher level of lifestyle, and Two Biltmore Estates will set a new benchmark in that regard.

Known as “The Jewel of the Desert,” the prestigious Arizona Biltmore neighborhood is well known for its luxury shopping and dining amenities Camelback Corridor and the Phoenix area. Outdoor aficionados will appreciate living just steps from the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, the famed Biltmore Loop and the Dr. Art Mollen fitness trail system.

Centrally located at the crossroads of Paradise Valley and Arcadia, the final phase of Two Biltmore Estates is attracting high-end Arizona homebuyers, as well as those from key market areas including Seattle, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Vancouver and Calgary, the release stated.

Recent home sales for Two Biltmore Estates have averaged over $1.9 million. The final phase of Two Biltmore Estates starts at $1.78 million.
