The Town of Paradise Valley will stream its Sept. 8, Hillside Building Committee meeting, town officials announced.

A development proposal for 5507 San Miguel Drive is on the September agenda. This development proposal has significant community interest as evidenced by a previous Board of Adjustment meeting, Hillside Community Conversation and e-mail traffic to Town Hall, a press release stated.

Multiple neighbors have notified the town about their inability to attend the meeting. Therefore, to increase access and transparency, the town will stream this meeting live and archive the video of the meeting on its website.

The meeting may be accessed by going to https://paradisevalleyaz.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx and selecting “Video” for the Hillside Building Commission Sept. 8 meeting.

This same location will provide a copy of the agenda and background material for the meeting.

This service is a viewing service only but residents can submit questions and comments in advance of the meeting by clicking the eComment next to the agenda item.  Residents with questions about the project or the meeting, can contact the Planner, George Burton, at 480-348-3525.
