Town exhibit to feature works of Michelle Parker

The Town of Paradise Valley will host an opening reception Oct. 13 for an art exhibit featuring the works of Paradise Valley artist Michelle Elizabeth Parker.

The reception marks the opening of an exhibit of Ms. Paker’s works that will continue on display through September 2016 at the Town of Paradise Valley Town Hall, 6401 E. Lincoln Drive.

The artist reception will be 5:30-7 p.m. Oct. 13 in the Town Hall Council Chamber. The reception will provide guests and residents an opportunity to meet the artist, view her exhibit and ask questions during a “Gallery Talk” that begins at 6 p.m.

Entertainment will be provided by Trio Azure featuring Carol Breker on flute, Jackie Jansen on violin and Janet Millard on cello. Refreshments will be served.

The exhibit will be available for viewing during regular weekday business hours, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

The reception and exhibit are presented by the Paradise Valley Town Council and Arts Advisory Committee.
