Town of Paradise Valley hosts first 56th Street Festival

The Town of Paradise Valley hosted the first 56th Street Festival on Saturday, Sept. 26.

The event included complimentary sticky buns, refreshments, fire trucks, McLarens, entertainment and more.

Scottsdale based and family-owned Cullum Homes Inc., along with the Town of Paradise Valley, Sanctuary Resort, El Chorro and others, hosted the event to celebrate the new developments at Mountain Shadows.

56th Street was transform into a pedestrian pathway connecting The Sanctuary Resort to El Chorro Restaurant (between McDonald and Lincoln Drives), showcasing the new Village at Mountain Shadows community and planned Mountain Shadows Resort.
