Support veteran students and play a round of golf at one of Arizona’s finest courses, the Wigwam Resort.

Join S.E.E.4Vets for its Third Annual Charity Golf Tournament at the historic Wigwam Resort, 300 Wigwam Lane, in Litchfield Park, on Friday, Nov. 18.

S.E.E.4Vets is an Arizona-based nonprofit that works with Arizona community colleges to help provide student veterans with additional resources and tutoring for transitioning from military to student life not included in the GI Bill, as well as scholarships and other financial aid.

To date, in less than three years of existence, S.E.E.4Vets has been able to pass along over $50,000 in scholarships, grants, and financial assistance to deserving student veterans throughout the state’s community college system, according to a press release.

There will be prizes for placing in the top three, closest to the pin and longest drive, and plenty of raffle prizes and silent auction opportunities. The shotgun start begins at 9 a.m. and will be followed by an awards luncheon and program.

This is one of two key annual fundraising events that S.E.E.4Vets uses to provide resources to apply to the various programs at our community colleges throughout Arizona.
