Phoenix Children’s Chorus to hold send-off concert before South American tour

Over 100 youth from the highly acclaimed Phoenix Children’s Chorus will be touring and performing in Argentina and Uruguay June 8-18.

To kick off this historic tour, the choirs will be presenting their tour repertoire at a concert this Friday, June 5, at 7 p.m. led by Artistic Director, Ron Carpenter.

The send-off concert will be at Camelback Bible Church, 3900 E. Stanford Dr., in Paradise Valley. Tickets are available at www.pcchorus.org. Pre-sale tickets are $3, or $5 at the door.

The award-winning PCC touring choirs have performed in Austria, Germany, Ireland, Russia, Canada, Mexico, China, Italy and throughout the United States serving as musical ambassadors representing the State of Arizona and The United States. This upcoming tour is their first adventure to South America, according to a press release.
