Arizona Association for Conflict invites public to first 2015-16 meeting

The Arizona Association for Conflict resolution will hold its first general meeting of the 2015-16 year on Saturday, Sept. 12.

A short business meeting will start at 9 a.m., followed by the continuation of efforts to explore diversity with a presentation titled “Struggle ACR_logowithin Islam and Muslims for Modernity.”

There will be no attendance charge for members and a $5 charge for non-members, according to a press release. RSVP by e-mail to President@arizonaacr.org.

The Arizona Association for Conflict is an organization of mediators, arbitrators, collaborative law practitioners, those representing mediation participants, and those with an interest in mediation and/or in becoming a mediator. The group describes itself as peacemakers, and extends an invitation to all, in peace, to attend the Sept. 12 meeting.
