More than 100 Xavier College Prep and Brophy College Prep cast and crew members will present four performances of “Mary Poppins” in October.

Performance dates will be 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 14; Thursday, Oct. 15; and Saturday, Oct. 17. In addition, there will be a matinee performance at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 17.

Based upon author P.L. Travers’ book series as well as the 1964 Disney film, “Mary Poppins” is the story of the beloved nanny who introduces the Banks children to many magical, memorable, and musical adventures.  Janice Robillard, head of Xavier’s drama department, will direct the production, according to a press release.

All performances will be held in the Kemper and Ethel Marley Theater in the Virginia G. Piper Performing Arts Center on Xavier’s campus, 4710 N. 5th St. in Phoenix.

Tickets are to be $10 for all patrons and may be purchased online at www.xcp.org or at the door, the release stated.  There will be general seating only.

For additional information, please contact Xavier’s Jackson Box Office at pacbox@xcp.org.
