Tiana Siragusa, a junior at Phoenix Country Day School and longtime resident of Paradise Valley raised over $5,700 to donate to Phoenix Children’s Hospital for its new Motion Analysis Lab.

The lab has just recently opened, and is the first and only dedicated pediatric Motion Analysis Laboratory in the state of Arizona. The MAL — also known as the “gait lab” — will use advanced assessment tools to evaluate and treat children and adolescents who have movement disorders or walking difficulties caused by conditions like Cerebral Palsy.

The new facility is expected to help hundreds of children each year.

The funds were used to purchase the new high definition video equipment. Bubba and PING Golf are also major sponsors.
