9th annual X Breakfast raises leadership campaign funds

More than 900 Xavier College Preparatory parents, alumnae, and friends attended the school’s ninth annual X Breakfast on Tuesday, Sept. 27, on Xavier’s Phoenix-based campus.

Restaurateur Sam Fox and entrepreneur Stacey Ferreira, who is a graduate of Xavier’s Class of 2011, addressed the breakfast guests and then spoke to Xavier’s student body of 1,200+ young women at an all-school assembly, according to a press release.

Xavier parents Julie Alpert and Lana Holmes, also an Xavier alumna, chaired the event.

Wildflower Bread Company and Passport Coffee and Tea generously sponsored the breakfast, the release stated.

All proceeds raised will benefit Xavier’s Legacy of Leadership Capital Campaign, which continues to fund Xavier’s Chapel of Our Lady, Founders Hall, Petznick Field, and the Activity Center renovation.
