Two Biltmore Estates breaks ground on final phase May 7

Two Biltmore Estates will host a groundbreaking celebration May 7 to kick off the final phase of construction for the palatial luxury villa enclave nestled within the iconic Arizona Biltmore.

Two Biltmore EstatesThe final phase of Two Biltmore will bring a total of 15 new homes to the neighborhood; the last planned new home construction of its kind planned for the prestigious community.

Two Biltmore includes a private, gated enclave of just 38 residences, with floor plans ranging from 3,500 square feet to more than 4,800 square feet of single-level living space.
The event will begin at 5 p.m. on Thursday May 7, and include a groundbreaking ceremony and reception with a champagne toast, hors d’eouvres and more.

“For over 20 years, developing the Arizona Biltmore has been our passion,” said Sam Robinson, founder of Geneva Holdings. “We are proud to continue our builder legacy with Two Biltmore Estates, a project that truly offers the essence of resort living on the grounds of one of the country’s most iconic properties,” he said.

Two Biltmore Estates showcases architecture respecting the Biltmore style established in 1929 by architect Frank Lloyd Wright, whose designs harmoniously blended humanity and its environment.
