PHX Architecture has launched a new website — www.chollaheights.com — focused on a new housing development near the Camelback Mountain Cholla Trailhead.

The website design is contemporary, colorful, modern and is split into four sections: The modern residences, the outstanding location, the award winning team, and contacts, according to a press release.

The website showcases a video and virtual tour of the location affording viewers a chance to see the new subdivision from new angles. Each home will command views to the McDowell mountains, Four Peaks and Superstition mountains. There are seven custom lots, each uniquely named, one that is sold and will be breaking ground shortly, two that are designed and can be customized with floor plans available on the site, and four that are in concept stage and can be fully customize to a unique buyer.

The lots/residences are named in the Cholla theme and include Cholla Terrace, Cholla Crest, Cholla Canyon, Cholla Shadows, Cholla Ridge, Cholla Sky, and Cholla Retreat. The Homes/Lots are listed by the Grigg’s Group, the preferred homebuilder for this exceptional offering is Cullum Homes, with architectural design by PHX Architecture.
