Listed by Chris Karas of The Karas Group at Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, Crown Canyon offers 10 homesites located at the end of 40th Street, less than one mile north of Lincoln Drive.

“Crown Canyon will be the most exclusive enclave of homes the Valley has ever seen with breathtaking architecture, beauty and significance,” said Chris Karas of The Karas Group of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty.

“All of us here at The Karas Group are extremely proud to bring this development to market. A development that is rewriting the typical rules of secure, luxury estates with close proximity to the community.”

Named for the surrounding ridges and peaks which evoke the silhouette of a crown, the community is set within a uniquely hidden canyon nestled between Paradise Valley and The Arizona Biltmore.

Crown Canyon is surrounded by the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, yet is located just five minutes from shopping and restaurants.

The homesites range from 1.57 to 5.41 acres and buyers will be able to choose their own architect and builder for the custom-built homes. The homesites (not including the house) are priced from $1,525,000 to $2,950,000.

Crown Canyon is a collaboration between Frank Lloyd Wright apprentice Vernon Swaback, and developer Garth Wieger with his partner Kevin Groman.
