Linzer elected president of the National Association of Dealer Counsel

The law firm of Tiffany & Bosco P.A. is pleased to announce that shareholder Stephen Linzer was elected president of The National Association of Dealer Counsel at its 11th annual member conference held at The Montage Resort in Laguna Beach, Calif.

He will serve a two-year term, according to a press release. Mr. Linzer has been an active member of NADC since its inception and frequently presents at conferences, stated the release.

“I welcome the opportunity to serve my fellow auto dealer counsel as president of this fine organization and am honored by my selection. I am mindful of the legacy created by past presidents. I pledge to continue the impressive growth of the association and will strive to give added value to its members,” stated Mr. Linzer in the release.

Mr. Linzer supervises the automobile and RV practice group at Tiffany & Bosco–exclusively representing dealers, according to the release. In that capacity, Mr. Linzer serves as lead counsel for more than 60 motor vehicle and RV dealerships in Arizona, California, New Mexico and Nevada. In addition, he is adviser to many local automobile advertising trade associations, according tot he release.
