Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Williams served for two years as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert D. Berger of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas, according to a press release.

Robert earned B.S. degrees in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Kansas. Prior to law school, he worked as a business consultant for RSM US LLP, an international provider of audit, tax and consulting services.

As a consultant he analyzed financial and operational data to provide specific and actionable recommendations to clients. “We have a strong and growing bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditors’ rights group. Robert adds to that strength and depth with his business background and experience as a business consultant and extended clerkship for the Bankruptcy Court,” Séan O’Brien, Chair of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and the Chair of the Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group, said in the release.
