David L. Case receives Eleanor ter Horst Distinguished Service Award

Tiffany & Bosco has announced that shareholder David L. Case received the 2014-15 Eleanor ter Horst Distinguished Service Award from the State Bar of Arizona’s Probate and Trust Section.

The award is given each year to a seasoned lawyer for superior knowledge in probate and trust law and related areas, and for exemplary service to the State Bar, the courts and the public; for participation in related committees and projects in these areas of the law; and for enhancing public awareness of trust and probate law and issues.

“Throughout David’s career he has exemplified what client service is all about. No matter how busy he is with client matters, he continues to make major contributions to the firm and the Bar, by mentoring and making educational presentations,” stated Mike Tiffany, managing attorney of Tiffany & Bosco.

“This well-deserved award is in recognition of his contributions to the estate planning, trust and probate practice in Arizona throughout the past 40 years.”

Next month Mr. Case is again chairing and presenting at the Arizona State Bar’s “CLE by the Sea” 4-day program at Hotel Mr. Case’s law practice is concentrated in the areas of tax planning, estate planning, probate and trust administration, and business transactions. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel, a Professional Advisory Board Member of the Arizona Community Foundation, and has an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubbell.
