Paradise Valley resident, Kathleen Taddie opened her home on Wednesday, July 29, to give young girls and women throughout the valley a future.
Ms. Taddie and guests collected donations for Florence Crittenton’s 7th Annual Heels for Healing event on Saturday, Oct. 3. Each guest brought their favorite new or gently used designer shoes and handbags to make this one-day shopping event possible, according to a press release.
Heels for Healing happens once a year at Flo’s on 7th to raise money for the vital programs and services that Florence Crittenton offers to empower and care for girls ages 10-21 in Arizona, stated the release.
The event offers high-end shopping for resale store prices and is held in conjunction with a fun, fast-paced, high heel relay race called the Diva Dash, according to the release.
