Mr. Gross, a devoted Francophile who also once cooked alongside the famed American TV food personality Julia Childs, who will be welcoming diners all this weekend serving the benchmark dish.

It will be available during dinner service this Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Christopher’s and Crush Lounge, at Biltmore Fashion Park, 2502 E. Camelback Road in Phoenix.
